Are You Saved?

How many times have we all heard this question? There are hundreds of different religions throughout the world and each professes to have the way to Salvation. Some religions use creeds, some use human logic, and some don't even worship God.

The churches of Christ use only one guide and that is the Holy Bible. The Bible is the inspired word of God and it holds the answers to all of today's questions if we just search. It is difficult to believe that a book written so long ago can answer questions today, but it does. The Bible can answer all of our questions concerning salvation, conduct, how to conduct our worship services, qualifications of deacons and elders, who can teach, etc... Today's questions all answered in the Bible.

Salvation from sin is what we all must strive for. The key is to find out what the Bible tells us on how to achieve salvation and NOT what Man says.

Many religions may use just one verse to state that all Man has to do is just believe and that baptism is not required. There are single verses in the Bible that state "belief only". But, in our search, we must look at what else the Bible tells us. The Holy Bible is not just one verse long.

We must look at the examples of conversion found in the book of Acts and also by the example Jesus gave us in the Bible.

Below, you will find some links to some web sites that have some very important questions and answers that you might have about Salvation. Please study these very carefully and with an open mind.
